Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Philippines
I have bought a lot from Mrs.X, the lot is situated alongside the property of his son, and part of his lot forms my only exit and entrance which i think around 16 sq.meters as a straight pathway. My question is can i claim the lot as my pathway to the second owner of the son's lot through annotation since i wasn't able to annotate the pathway to the original owner(The son) before he sold the property, and what legal solution shall i take. In addition, i have only the affidavit bearing the son signature to strenghten my assertion before the property was disposed.
