Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Philippines
Hi i bought a memorial lot with my brother, i signed the contracts and the certificate of ownership/title is under my name. now i want it to sell the piece of land. but i found out that my older brother went to that office and void my contract with that company as if he is not allowing me to sell that land. is that possible could the company do what my older brother want them to do if so what legal action can be done thank you so much.

The memorial company cannot do that if the certificate of title is in your name. As owner you can do whatever you want to the property. However, if your brother is a co-owner then he can prevent you from selling that part belonging to him.
