Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Philippines
we bought a rent-to-own condo unit but can no longer pay for it til our due accumulated. Our agent said she would buy it so it wont be bought back. She paid for the dues worth more or less P30k, we sold it to her for P180, since she paid the 30k, we are expecting she would pay the remaining P150. There was no legal paper yet. She kept promising to pay but she didn't until we found out she"s dwelled in it w/o our permission. Now she retracted saying she wont buy the condo anymore and that she wanted to get back the money she paid for the condo even if she dwelled in that condo already. What can we do? Please help. God bless.

You can charge that agent for the use of the unit. Off-set the amount (P30,000.00) she paid as rent.
