can i have a full refund of money pre-paid for a gose and lot w/c was not able to give us on due time

You have to ask for the rescission of your contract to sell and demand for the refund please damages. If the contract has a definitive period of delivery, which delivery date is material as far as the parties are concerned, the you may win the case
