Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Philippines

Hello. My father built a house on land that is owned by his neighbour and has psid rent to him for 35 years. Unkown to my father the neighbour sold to land to his nephew and about a year and half ago snd now the nephew wants money for the land or else leave immediately. Can he do this as he is not allowing us time to pay for it, he is a cold person with no feeling and now my three kids. Father and mother will be on the street by the end of the month. I am married to a foreighner but his money is tied up in his business and cannot help but make payments. What do i do besides crying
