Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Philippines

Hi i am a filipina. I have a question about land property. My parents purchased a small lot to be exact its a 179 sq/mtr. Our neighbor is the previous owner of it. She has a total land area of 379 sq/mtr and she sold the 179 sq/mtr in which we purchased last 2002 in a cash basis. Both parties agreed that all transaction will be done by them ( the previous owner) such as deedof sale and the land title. They are the one who surveyed the land area on the time we purchased it. after 10 years she is suddenly accusing us of grabbing his property that we exceeded on 179 sq/mtr that we owned. Last week she payed a surveyor to survey the land area again and the result came out that we exceeded about 24 inches because we already put fence for almost 4 years ago. We just follow the land mark that they put and never removed and adjusted it when the time we put the fence. And now she doesnt want an ammicable of settlement of paying them she want to file a case and distroy the extention of our house to be infact its not out fault and we dont have idea that we exceed since we just follow the landmark. Can you please give us advice if what is the best thing to be done. Hoping for a positive reply.
