Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Philippines
Hi, Good afternoon. My grand Father together with my step grandmother bought a house in lot here in Davao Philippines.When grandfather died my step grand mother transfer part of the property to her name.She died this year only without any will left.May I know who are legal heirs of the property under the name of my grandfather and step grandmother's name. Please advice ..thank you..note:Step grand mother don't have children .
