gud day po,theres a property im about to buy a 1.2 hectares of land,this land po ay nabili ng seller sa 4 niyang kapatid 20 years ago since it was originaly own by their parents and it was not able to transfer the property of his name,second is the deed of sale was not duly notarized.The 3 of his siblings were already passed away SINCE gusto kong mabili yong lupa i tried extra judicial settlement with absolute sale kaso yong mga anak sa isa nyang kapatid na pumanaw na ay denied to sign the seetlement knowing that there late father was signing with the mention deed of sale before,the rest of the children of the 3 heirs are already signing in.Ano po ba ang pwede ko pong gawin dito,maraming salamat po.
