Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Philippines
We need a justice on the land of our late grandparents. My father has two sister, but only alive among them is the youngest. this few months ago we just known that our auntie is selling the riceland which we all siblings of her brother and sister invite our auntiy in barangay to ask her if we could have share but she answered they cant tell and showed us the deed of sale made since 1979 according to them and they say the title was in her name. we went to register of deeds to find out if she is legally owned, they given us certification that no deed of sale record meaning the title if fake. we filled an adverse claim two weeks ahead before they have an agreement to the buyer....we informed the city mayor, vice mayor, register of deeds in that place same with the company they deal with to buy the rice land. we have known also that the company already gave partial payment with agreement to our aunty. Have we got the rigth to have equal share on the land? what are the possible cosequences of the move we made?....thank you hope you will help us....
