Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Philippines

I would like to know what would be my legal action, My Motorcycle Got Stolen in a exclusive pay parking.. They Said that its not their responsibility as stated on the Ticket.. Can i possibly win if i will file a Small claims against the parking Company?? thanks i really need help

If you can prove that they have committed negligence then you have a case. However, the problem is whether there is a waiver of negligence on the parking ticket.Negligence can be waived under the law.
