my mother execute a deed of sale to a buyer of lot, but their are not fully paid to that parcel of land, what legal action can i do, to get back the parcel of land that is not fully paid?

You did not state the terms of the deed of sale.However, if it is stated that it is payable on certain period and they failed to comply then you can sue then for specific performance or rescission of contract with damages in either case.
