What are the procedures in selling land property without title?i have tax declaration, and proof of land only. i miss one paymet for land tax this year, could it be possibly affect the selling procedures?thanks a lot po!

Sell it by executing a Deed of Absolute Sale if it is full payment or if on installment, Contract to Sell. Just pay the real property tax to avoid penalty, interest and surcharges.
