Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Philippines

i just received a deed of sale from a developer for the piece of land i bought, all details seemed to be correct except that under our names someone else signed on our behalf.. is it a valid deed of sale?

If you authorized that person by way of a Special Power of Attorney to sign on your behalf then that would be valid.
