Rent Agreement

I'd like to write a legal letter of agreement form with landlord and tenant which the tenant is given free rent but we can evict them anytime we wish and the tenant can't come after us with any legal reasons.

Then by all means write an agreement of this nature. This can be done even by a simple letter with the conforme of the tenant. Then you can have it duly notarized.
