Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Philippines

We are going to sell a property and the land title was named to me and my sister. My father and my mother are still alive. My mother know and approved that we are selling our house but my father who is not living with us wants to have a big share. Is it allowed that we will give him a big share. Even though the land title was not in his name. Thanks
