Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Philippines

We are selling our house but the buyer will loan it through PAGIBIG housing loan and the buyer say that he needs theoriginal TCT. Dont know how to deal with this. What will i have to do to protect us?

You should ask for a 30% down payment. The transfer of title to the buyer is a requirement of pag-ibig before they will approve the loan. If you want you can go to pag-ibig with the buyer and inquire the procedure. Just beware of the buyer if you do not know that person.
