Selling my share
We have this property which owned by me and three more. we are brothers and sister.and the siad property is being leased by gaint food chain.can i sell my share to the food chain and is there any comlications?or how do i go about it?

There is a law that would require you to offer your share first to your siblings before you can offer it to any third party. Violation of this law would allow your siblings to have the intended sale nullified in a court proceedings.
