i separate my husband since 2001,he traw me like a garbage,and not helping me for the children, we have 2 kids and now they are 19yrs and 14 yrs old, and im the one who stands as mother and farther, now he just sent me msg that he wants his share of my property, im the one build our house and he nothing pays for this, nothing at all this years, do he has rights to sale this property w/out me? for me i will not sale my property this is for my children,,and he wants anualment..

File a criminal case for violation of RA 9262 against your husband for his deliberate failure to give support to you and children. This constitute an economic violence. Legally he has a right over the property which you acquired during the marriage.But he cannot sell it without your marital consent. Better sue him so he will back-off.
