my sister got the laptop of our niece without having a permission,after one day our niece found out that her laptop is missing so she accused my sister that she is the one who stole her laptop. after a month my sister admitted that she is the one who stole the laptop but she said that her intension is just to borrow it to borrow a money from her friend so she get the laptop but she will return it after borrowing.when the laptop is in her boarding house with her live-in partner,her
partner get the laptop when my sister work,then he sell it to his friend.my sister
get angry with her partner.our niece went to barangay hall and told to the barangay officers what happened,then they made a subpoena in which the "qualified theft" is attached for my sister. they said that my sister should pay a 15,000 for just 2 months after she gave birth to her 1st baby . the month has passed, it reached more than 2 months and now my sister still did'nt pay it. is my sister going to imprison? but it's just is my mother going involve in that case? pls answer!! i am just concern about our life because i am just 14 yrs. old
