sumakabilang buhay na mama ko noong 2002 at sa kanya nkapangalan itong bahay under national home mortgage financing corporation.. 1993 ung take-out date nitong house pero hindi masyadong nahuhulugan ng mama ko.. inuna nya kasi pag-aaral namin at nagkasakit naman sya skaya dun naubos yung pera hanggang sa na-cardiac arrest sya noong 2002.. last payment nya sa bahay 1997 pa kaya for foreclosed na itong house.. considered na bayad na ba itong haus kasi sa kanya nakapangalan at wala na sya?
