Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Philippines
Our town is very prone to floods. For the past 20 years and above, there were several big floods that hit our town. Due to these incidents, many of the rivers and land were deformed from their original sketch plan that causes the community to have misunderstanding due to their claims. what is the law of this kind of incidents?
