Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Philippines

what shall I do, if , my x husband block mailed me, that he will sale our property, w/ out my consent, is he can do that for his own? while I'm hard working in abroad? my our children now they're staying to my family for while they are studying, I'M worried couse thats only thing I have..he is bothering me few days ago,

He can only sell his share but as to your share he cannot do it without your consent. Simply tell him that you will file a criminal case against him.
