Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Philippines

Year 2007 : I had purchased a lot thru in house financing 3 year to pay

Year 2010 : I had completed the payments

2 years had already past, despite of continuous follow up and update request, until now the property land title has not been transferred on my name by the developer.

Need advise for legal action to take.

File a complaint with the HLURB.You can file a complaint for unsound reasl estate business practice and rescission of the sale with damages and interest. But before you formally initiate the complaint send a letter expressly demanding the title or the refund of what you paid with interests.
