Legal Question in Social Security Law in Philippines

inquiry on Philippine court rulings on SSS
On which Philippine Supreme Court rulings or any other Ruling agency can i find that taxi drivers are not on salary basis, therefore i can not make any deductions for SSS contributions? I hope you can cite some refernce. thank you. in anticipation
