Legal Question in Social Security Law in Philippines

My uncle and my brother have grudges with each other. Both of them square up one time, until my brother fight back, kasi naman inumpog yun ulo sa pader, kaya gumanti na yun kapatid ko, at ganon ang galit talaga ng uncle ko sa kanya. At pinalayas cya sa common house.
after 2 years na exile yun kapatid ko, majority of my titas agree na he can come home, but my uncle is still mad with my brother and he is willing to beat him again. My question is:
1, just in case na magkasakitan sila again. what is the best thing we can do.
2. meron pa rin ba kami laban just incase na mag file kami ng kaso, wala naman kami pera just like my uncle na may kaya yun.

It is better that your brother should live his own life away from your uncle. Just wait for the perfect time.
