Legal Question in Tax Law in Philippines
If a CA LLC is owned 50% by a Canadian Ltd and 50% CA LLC, is it more advisable to be taxed as a S-Corp? What taxes will the Canadian Ltd pay in terms of income tax and long-term capital gains tax?
