Legal Question in Tax Law in Philippines
We would like to know what we are going to do if we were retrenched last August 24, 2012 and until now our tax refund is no longer available for refund to us despite of so many follow ups. Can you help us the proper steps that we are going to do? What is the employer's penalty with regards to this case? It's been almost 6 mos now and the employer had no plans to refund our taxes.
Any reply is highly appreciated and we will thank you in advance.
