Legal Question in Traffic Law in Philippines

Illegal parking
Dear Atty.

I would like to know what law stands or follows an illegal parking in a main road, in front of a private area inside a subdivision.

I have already called the attention of the homeowner president in our area to assist me on this matter. The one who parked in front of our gate is not even a resident/homeowner and yet he refuses to move his vehicle and even went to our house to confront me. He was asking why I complain telling that I dont have the right since I am just a tenant in the area. I would like to know my stand and my legal rights since he is threathening me.

Only the government can take action on this kind of an issue, normally the Barangay. Suggest that you file a complaint with your Barangay. Thanks
