Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Philippines
My grandmother died a week ago in florida and we were informed by my aunt that me and my father were the beneficiaries of my grandmother's bank account. The problem is that we are not american citizens and we live in a different country. Can we claim the said money ? Is it legal to ask the bank who really the beneficiaries were ? what legal options can we do to claim the money ?

You have to talk to your aunt. Yes you can claim it if that is the law in Florida USA.
