What should I do? I understand my parents can be a cosponcer for her. How long will the process take with legal counsal?

Re: K3 visa

Depends on whether you are a U.S.Citizen or green card holder, it might take from 6-8 months to a few years.

Regarding the sponsor - your parents might be your sponsors if they have enough income.

There are many details that need to be known before you can get more detailed answer.

Re: K3 visa

There are a lot of details that you left out from you post in order for me to give you information. Are you a US citizen or green card holder? What about your parents? Are you a resident in Poland now? Your spouse may be eligible to apply for her permanent residence while in Poland, depending on the consulate's rules. With regards to needing a co-sponsor, you would need to provide your current state of employment (and if you will be employed in the US) and how much money you earned last year before determinining whether you need a co-sponsor.

If you would like to discuss the process in further detail, please do not hesitate to contact me directly.
