Legal Question in Consumer Law in Portugal
An online company, based in Portugal, recently cancelled a number of contracts with customers claiming a violation of one of the terms of the contract. Several of the persons who were removed asked to see proof. The company refused to provide any evidence and just continue to accuse them of wrong doing. Do those persons who were removed have any recourse?

Of course. If there was a breach of contract, without any justification, it is always possible to go to court or even try a non judicial agreement.
