Legal Question in Immigration Law in Portugal

Hi,
I am looking to apply for Portuguese passport, My father has a Portuguese that was issued about 50 years ago. He use to stay in Goa at that time when passport was required to travel to mumbai from Goa. Now I have completed by education from Goa. I was in Goa for about 11 years and I working in mumbai since pass 4 year. Can I apply for Portuguese passport on the bases of my Fathers Passport??

Hello:

You need to find a Portuguese Immigration Attorney. Alternatively, find a Portuguese Consulate in the U.S. and ask them.
