hi i am an illegel immigrant living in italy with a valid passport but with expire visa i want to ask that now i have the work offer from portagal is it possible that i can get the work permit in portagal and can get residency there on my passport i am from pakistan but want to sure from a lawyer

The simple answer is that, if you don�t have a valid visa, you cannot work in Portugal.

Nevertheless, depending on your particular conditions, you can apply for visa in Portugal.

But it is not indisputable that you will get one.
