Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Puerto Rico
Real Estate Question
A couple died and left their house in the name of their 5 children. 4 of the 5 children want to sell the house and split the profit but the 5th child is refusing. Can one or all of the other 4 children sue the other child for power of attorney in order to obligate that the house be sold?

Re: Real Estate Question
Under PR Law any of the heirs can sue in Court in order to sell the property. The court will order the marshall to sign the deed in representation of the defendant in the case.
