WE need the property's location: Number, address, and town.

Your property may be a public nuissance and if so, the government may execute its eminent domain rights over it, or simply enter the house in one of the social programs designed for rehabilitation of public nuissances. If the government is seeking to execute eminent domain there will be very little you can do except make sure that the funds are deposited in an account pending the distribution. In any case, you need to complete an heir declaration procedure. If the property is not subjected to eminent domain, then you must commence a liquidation in the first instance court of the Commonwealth so that the property is sold and divided.
