Private Information

I got divorced 7 years ago. After 7 years my son father requested the custody of my child. During the process he used a company letter of termination to damaged my reputation on court. The letter was requested by his lawyer for child support purposed. My question is can I got legally against the corporation and him for using the letter that was not giving for that purpose.

It would semm like the corporation had the information because you had worked there. If the information was obtained from the corporation I do not see why there would be a cause of action against either of them.
