storage fees
1mioy ex landlord is charging my storage fees cause my car has been in his proporty 2 months after i moved out cause it's not running, i found out thathe broke into the car and moved it, he broke my door and the lock for the hood.can i nt pay him the storage fees for the stuff he broke on my car, and braking it my car?

Did your landlord agree to you leaving the car there? Did you agree to the storage fees?
In any event, if you have not paid, he has a right to become suspicious of the car and to review the same to make sure that there is nothing funny going in it.
