I have been seperated from my wife for over 6 years and I want to get remarried, but I sent her the divorce papers years ago and she never returned them. how long do we have to be seperated to be legely divorced

If you have lived in Puerto Rico for more than a year you can get a judgment of divorce by separation after two years of uninterrupted separation from your spouse.
