Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Puerto Rico

Medical Injury

On 14 Aug 03 I went to an emergency room because of lower back pain. They took x-rays, prescribed medications, and also administered in an injection (pain killer) in the glute. Apparently the nurse did not administer it probably and hit the sciatic nerve. Since then I have been back several times to seek medical attention to alleviate the pain. So far nothing seems to work. I still have tingling, numbness, and burning sensation down my left leg and glute. Is there anything I can legally do? Please advise.
