accident and 10k pip

I have good car insurance and am hurt from an accident in san Juan...I'm registered in Puerto Rico. Are the pip laws the same in PR. as they are in FL?

It depends on the specific terms of the insurance coverage. Personal injury protection in Puerto Rico is not the same as in other states.
