Legal Question in Product Liability in Puerto Rico

Faulty Air Bag
Two days ago i was involve in an accident where the other subject cut in front of my car and i hit his car. My airbags did not go off and i was going about 35-40 mph. Neither of us were injured but i wanted to know if i can sue the cars make (Suzuki) or the dealership i bought it from?

No. Since there was no damage to you as a result of the non-deployment of the airbag device.
