Last Will & Testament (testamento)

I am a Puerto Rican citizen and resident, I live temporarily in Florida. While I'm here in Florida can I make out a Will (Testamento) that will be valid in Puerto Rico?, or can be validated in PR if necessary? Thank you/Gracias.
