Legal Question in Employment Law in Qatar

hi,
I am a sril ankan I recently joined a job at Qatar as a quantity surveyor, now I am pushed to work which, too much works now I am frustrated. Is that possible for me to resign and if so can I come to Qatar again for working? Will they pay me compensation or do I have to pay?

1. you can resign as per the terms of the offer letter (notice period or salary in lieu of notice as the case may be).

2. if so can I come to Qatar again for working?- Yes very much

3. Will they pay me compensation or do I have to pay- You shall give notice period as per your terms of appointment letter or salary for that
