if a insurance company pay's for car damage must they pay for lost wages and body injuries?

No. They don't have to pay for anything at all unless a judge or jury tells them to or they agree to pay you for it. Paying for damage to your vehicle is not an admission of anything. Certainly not that they beleive you are injured and that your injuries were a direct result of the accident.
