Warrants

If someone has an active warrant for missing a court date but didn't know that she had a court. What should she do.

Re: Warrants

Contact an attorney and provide him or her with the information re garding the Court from which the warrant was issued. The attorney can then make arrangements to surrender you and provide the explanation to the court in order to have the warrant withdrawn.
