Legal Question in Business Law in Rhode Island

I am a franchisee with a well known janitorial company.The master franchiser collects money from the work I do but distributes it to other franchisees thus paying me 15-20 days after he is due to.what can I do? Is there grounds for a class action suit? I am not the only franchisee that this is done to.
