grant confidentiality
We were rewarded a state funded grant for a feasability study for a business, are we obligated to disclose the findings of the feasability study because it was obtained primarily with grant money or are we able to keep it confidential until the business is set up and on its way?

The answer to your question is not necessarily found in the law as much as it exists in the grant agreement or documents. Generally speaking the terms of a grant are dictated by the grant documents or agreement. Consequently the rules of contract apply. If the grant documents require you to disclose the findings then you probably have to. A careful reading of the documents or there agreement is required here.
