Legal Question in Business Law in Rhode Island
i\'m a sprint subscriber, i had a plan with them that included 200 bonus minutes on each of the five lines i have. they offered me to swicth to a plan that cost more with more minutes and they also told me that if i swicth i could keep my 200 bonus minutes on each line. (i have that statement in black and white in an email from sprint) i did swicth and know they tell me i cant have the 200 bonus minutes. what can i do? i have tried to talk to them, i have been trying to work this out for a month with them with no resolve

You may want to sue Sprint in small claims court - it's inexpensive for you, yet they MUST hire counsel to defend it. Sue for the value of the extra minutes.
You certainly should get their attention! Once an attorney contacts you, explain what happened and you should be able to resolve.
