Web Developers - Social Network

We are developing a social network site and have a few questions on copyrighting and incorporating. We should be close to launching and it is free to join. We have a logo - does that need to be trademarked? Do we need an attorney to submit or review any forms? Also, should we incorporate the site, make it an LLC, how would one go about doing such a thing? We're just brainstorming on issues that may come up in the future... Are there any other major issues that we should be concerned with for this type of business/website?
