Legal Question in Consumer Law in Rhode Island
use tax
I have a leased auto I recently received my monthly bill the lease company is charging me a sales tax on my property tax I do not believe this is legal, if it is not I'm sure I am not the only person in Rhode Island they are ''double dipping'' with please let me know if this is a legal charge and if not I would like to get a class action law suit going.
